Curator's Note:
Kazuhiko Saika's work concerns itself with the body in an age of infinite replication. In the images, there seems to be a play between the idea of the model as reproduction of the (digital) object and of the anatomically correct dolls that doppelgang the human counterpart. It seems that Saika is questioning our identity in theage of the Internet. In the technological age, what is the real part of humanity, and what is merely a part of our virtual identity?
